Sure, post links wherever, or just include your own version of cloud4x4.mat in your mod.
BTW, I think the extra tweak you added will only work for those using 16bit compression (which, from your shots, it looks like you are using).

i think, if don't using 16bit compressions there results are same as your version.
but i think some people too use 16 bit, and it will be useful

Sure. I've edited post #1 of this thread to include a link to your version, with credit to you and a note explaining that yours will work with 16bit texture compression.
