Nice mod
One cosmetic problem I noticed: the clouds are dark in "blind" weather and darker still in "rain/snow" (which is a good thing) but in "thunder" weather I find myself back in super-white clouds again. Shouldn't "thunder" clouds be darker than "rain/snow" clouds?

i hear about some cosmetics troubles in some computers. maybe you take some screenshots?
but try to edit parametr NGHBR_ABSRB in data.cld(default 0.75,in mod 0.97) i f i rihgt understood, it help you

Thanks for the offer but I'm not sure what you're offering. Damn language barrier! In any case I've got it sorted now. I read this thread and did some tinkering and I think I've got it sussed.
