Maybe it only works in 3DS Max?

In Max run the script and it appears as an option in the Utilities drop down list.
Click on it in Utilities and the Buggy Buggy menu appears.
Open Listener
Click Export Il2 Msh in the Buggy Buggy menu.
Click on the model mesh you want to export and the text listing will scroll down in Listener.
