The frustating thing has always been that, after adding these parameters, if you go into the Full Mission Builder and make any change to the mission, all these parameters get deleted from the mission file and you have to re-enter them.

This mod will prevent the FMB from deleting the [Mods] and [Weather] sections from the mission file when you edit the mission in the FMB.
