Okay, progress report.

Here is what I have gotten done so far.

Had to make these from scratch, including the Hydraulic actuator.


Notice the area behind the pilot where the radios are.


Note the inside canopy rail. Once the windscreen area is done the cockpit should be finished.


I am still trying to detail the main gear wells and trying to find the nose wheel well top and back. The sides are started and I plan to give them more detail also.

The biggest issue right now is finding the rest of the gear stuff. I think once those are all done, it should be pretty much the skin that will need the most atttention.

Perhaps someone else may want to take on the helmet (great idea adding it to the skin BTW. Allows folks to personalize.) and spruce it up. Maybe Stu will give it a go.

RAPTOR, your skin is looking good. If I may make a suggestion? try to darken it just a touch and add a few "miscolored" metal panels. I have found that it really gives the plane personality if it is not all one uniform color. Perhaps discoloring the areas around the exhaust, because of the heat in that area. Not a lot, but enough to show a difference.
