If there is nothing programmed into the ai relating to the condition of an enemy aircraft (I've never seen that there is) then I imagine it would be very difficult to create one, Though I may well be worng. It might be worth discussing this in Certs ai mod thread - I guess if anyone knows if it is possible it would be him.
