I've changed the setup to maximum settings and changed my conf. file to the settings you posted but unfortunately I'm still experiencing this black glitch
thank you for the link to your thread i was very hopeful as there was a lot of suggestions but these haven't worked for me either. I'm at a loss to what's causing it and it's even more annoying because my old computer ran it fine in perfect mode with an X800 :x I may try a reinstall and see if that helps but thanks all the same.
