Did you by chance download any non-AAA aircraft? (TBM-1 etc.)
What's happening to you is very strange indeed and I can't imagine what went wrong with air.ini
You may have to do the guess and check thing with the air.ini and go through to see what's missing or not quite right.
Say the word and I'll send a link for my air.ini (which is not giving me issues at the moment
)
I have many AAA planes but not all. If it comes to that point you'll have to compare what I have/have not against your own MOD folder.
I really hope we get to the bottom of this soon...
