Wrong folder matey this pathway will get you in the right spot
Ubisoft/IL-2 Sturmovik 1946/files/Samples.
make sure to look carefully at the pathway, don't get confused with the Sample folder in the main IL2 directory, look for the files folder and in there there is another samples folder....with a lot of sound effects.
