Well, as every year, last week it took place in Valencia the biggest LAN party of Spain. There's a Simulation Area, and many activities are made. Some of them, of course, in IL-2 Sturmovik 1946.
One of my favorites is Real Time Operations (OTR in Spanish), very well organized by Ala 13 (http://www.ala13.com). This year I missed Campus Party, but I connected with them from my home. I could fly 5 of the 9 OTR missions, and made a video about every mission.
I did not intend to made a great video editing, so I'm busy with other complex video projects. Instead, I tried to make quick videos to show how was every mission as we flew it. This is why I recorded almost everything in live, capturing from Fraps just at the moment the action was happening. This is why subtitles appear on images. I only captured some short moments from tracks, just to show the action that could not be seen well from inside my cockpit. The target was to capture voices from TS, and even show anything seen from inside the cockpit of one of the pilots involved in OTR, as is, without effects... Like it happened.
You'll see some flight mistakes there, I know. I was low on combat training when I flew this missions and committed stupid mistakes. I don't mind, but it's important to learn from mistakes. This is why the following videos are also debriefings in some way, and a debriefing also serves as a "case study" for other pilots not present there.
The only thing that I advance is that TS comms are in Spanish. If you understand them, even loosely, you'll enjoy the videos. If not, well, you can also look at the images, they are self explanatory.
Feel free to comment mistakes you'll see, it's all about to keep learning for being better virtual pilots. But of course you can also focus on successes better than mistakes

2nd Mission: Stuka attack to ship convoy inbound Malta.
3rd Mission: Bf-109 patrol over North Italy, multiple attacks inbound.
4th Mission: Night Macchi patrol, ghost attacks from Malta.
5th Mission: Allied alarm; escorted Ju-88 heading to Task Force.
