All right... I finally got a reply from the USAF National Museum. They said that the best way to get info on both flight characteristics and the radar would be to obtain a copy of the flight manual. Unfortunnately, they aren't staffed to copy it and send it to me and there isn't a free copy online. I've attached links to two websites where you can buy the manual so the Tornado can be finished.
