[Crosstalker]

I bought the XFX geforce 9600GT and im experiencing game crashes anybody heared of this before?
My old Geforce 7900GS didnt crash the game but it was abit to slow to run everything on perfect, this card is doing great but after a while of playing it just goes back to windows and il2 turns black then it says my screendriver crashed and is repaired but i cant get back into the game.

I have a 9600 GT and ran into the same problem last year. You might want to check on whether your GPU is overheating. Oddly enough, IL 2 is the only program that causes my GPU to overheat. You will need to use a program such as ExperTool or RivaTuner to manually set your GPU fan to 100% (this cannot hurt your computer, it can only cool your video card). When I run the fan at 100%, I almost never experience a crash in IL 2 now. Hope this helps you!
