Edit: Here's pair of pictures of 109D's (Or early 109's anyways):
IMO if you could put the stuka intake onto the 109F's engine block-thing, and then slap the E's spinner onto there it would be close. (I'm not banging on Pablo's Stukaschmitt, but I just like to count rivets :wink: )
