Airspeed Limitations:
Max allowable airspeed (IAS) is 950 km/hr or 590 mph
FM Guru's riddle me this, if a US test pilot (someone that will not really push a captured German aircraft to it's limits) advises a pilot should never exceed 950 km/hr, does this not mean that 950 km/hr is the max safe speed of this aircraft? If the answer is yes, this must mean that the current FM of the Me 262A-1 is incorrect since you loose all control surface response at something like 740 - 750 km/hr?
