Ships.ini and Technics.ini has the data for them........... you can alter the rate of fire and range...but I have found no way to alter the accuracy...which is atrocious! (and tank guns are very poor in this respect too...)

With ships I thought you could alter the accuracy and rate of fire in the FMB.

If you look under the "Properties" tab in the "Object" menu your see two settings, "Skill" & "ROF".
