Don't believe everything you see on youtube.

The 109T on youtube might work and be in game, but it's not a 109T, it's a 109 F or G with a tailhook.
If you read up on the 109T you'll come to realise that it's actually more extensively modified than that, and therefore it was not deemed worthy for release and was shipped on to the 3d department for the changes required.

My guess will have to be that it's been abandoned because it's more or less a fictional aircraft, and it only served in Norway, but if you can dish up a Bf-109T 3d model that's IL-2 standards and importable, I'm sure someone will find the time to incorporate it into the game. Otherwise you can consider it to be a dead end road.
