Well, run the game in "Perfect" mode then go into your graphic cards settings and turn the AntiAliasing and Ansiotropic all the way up.
You will need a beefy, fast CPU and graphics card though otherwise it could easily become a slideshow. (But what a nice looking slideshow!)

Because I doubt that I could set the graphics higher than already are...
