I had the SAME exact issues. Except i had a tiny 15" samaung anD i had a 21" Dell that was broken.


I opened up the dell and did several thing. i replaced resistors that looked burned out. (I don;t think any of them where.) i tightened connections and loosened wire ties i replaced the fuse inside. and finall when i plugged the thing back in i never had a problem again. (I don;t know what did it but it worked )
