i modded it with Patches ( 4.08 & 4.09) before installing the MOD_Activator_5.2 and the ENG_Sound_Mod

I just saw your post in the "4.09b1m Patch MOD Version & 4.08m to 4.09bm Switcher" thread.

If you applied that patch, and THEN the Mod_Activator_5.2, or ENG_Sound_Mod, you did it in the reverse order! As the instruction in that thread clearly state:

"2. if you have not allready done so, install either ENG_SOUND_MOD or MOD-Activator first before you continue - if you have allready done this or if you allready have mods installed then do not do this move onto next step"

Something not mentioned in those instructions is the need to patch the game to 4.08m BEFORE that.
