Flakiten produced whole projects in 9 days 
This is an example of why I think people "claiming the rights" to build an aircraft while fully committed to other projects is counter productive. In project management you always get far better quality and results in general when you have your developement focused on a single project from start to finish. I've seen this happen in other sims as well where a person claims "all the cool projects" and then sits on them for months while other talented people sit idle because they don't have a project that they are excited by. Have the project you are working on AND the project you will work on next. Every time you finish one, pick a new "On deck" project. Having 15 or 20 projects that you've claimed while other modellers are idle is just silly. There are plenty of talented modellers here, if a project isn't being actively worked on its crazy to have it sit idle or be touched every couple of weeks to keep it from getting idle. Thats my personal opinion, and I am not in any way shape or form a 3D modeller so its not in my self interest in that regard. I just think that we would have several more very sought after projects completed by now to high standards if things were operated differently.
