hmm i did all of it and still it does only load until 5% ....... and i downloaded the activator 5.1 and the switcher and the two patches

I still have no idea exactly what you installed, and in what order. It appears that you have installed things that are not compatible with each other, and/or installed things in the wrong order, and/or you did not patch the game to 4.08m before doing anything.

Can you list what you installed (exact name) and in what order, starting with the fresh, install of the game?
