That's quite good zambaret, you should try to blur only the P51 next time it will look better that way as it is the only thing moving. In photoshop if you use the Polygonal lasso tool in the toolbox on the left you can select around the P51 roughly then hit Ctrl+J to put it onto a new layer, then blur that layer.
