I'm looking for a track editing program.

It has to be free.


I know how to make movies, I just need a program to edit them, like turn them black and white, or blurr them out or darken them?

Avid Free DV is a great, but learning curve is a bit steap. I use Sony Vegas, but it is not free, and of course there is always Windows own moviemaker, which is quite good actually.
