Sorry those signs don't appear in any French MS 406 that's historical.
But Germany captured many of them after french defeat, and used some of them as trainers, while others were handed other to other countries like Finland, Croatia, etc
These signs are German, they are used to show fuel indice to be used on the plane, and we can see it on all German planes used throughout the war.
To conclude they are totaly innacurate on a french plane, may be on a Finland plane, or Croat this is to be checked
