Navigate to your IL-2 1946\Mods\Mapmods\Maps folder and delete the Channel Map and delete the entry from the 'all.ini' file, (Will remove the map completely) or put a '-' in front of the Mods folder (this will disable all mods within that folder).

I think a better solution would be for us to figure out why you're having this problem and see if we can come up with a work-around for you.
