Lol these settings have been changed, one or all are set to 0 ......isn't it Smile
this will fix your problem.

[Render_OpenGL]
TexFlags.ARBMultitextureExt=1
TexFlags.TexEnvCombineExt=1
TexFlags.SecondaryColorExt=1

if one or all are set to 0 you will get the next effect:



and this is what you want to see Smile
