Thank you all but could now anyone tell me where to find original map_c ? I'm not confident of SFS extractor .. is there any d/l link for map_c of slowakia anywhere?

If you are not done anything with you map_c, it can't be that. Maybe some files are just corrupted and you might need to reinstall. Have you tried different load.ini?
Try This:
i noticed that in your load.ini you have:

Water0 = water/water.tga
Water1 = water/water.tga
Water2 = land/summer/sk_LowLand0.tga
Water3 = water/Beach.tga
Change that Water2 to: water/water.tga
That should do it!
