I would suggest uninstall - reinstall step by step.

I have a question about the Ship pack2,I started the first mission and when I switched Ctrl+F2 I seen an Harbour near Pearl Harbour, with russian navy; is right or there's an error about the Ship pack2 installation?I followed the steps written in the "read me" file and changed the file ini (chiefs,ships,stationary and technics),adding the lines written in the folder "Add to ini" at the end of each file,but I don't know if I done the right thing.Someone can help me?Thanks!
