I have had the same problem. Playing for 45-50min and later... CTD.
My solution: delete all and reinstalling (save your favourite mods firstly, of course).Now is running fine for hours. I'm pretty sure that my problem was related with a mod. I didn't want to spend my time testing and looking for the guilty mod, therefore, I reinstalled.
All working now.
