If i press shift + tab the console opens. if i press shift the console opens. If i press anything else and shift the console opens.

Funny, on my game recently, when I pressed shift I got the look down view, as if I'd pushed my joystick hat switch down, and it's definitely not bound to that in the controls section. I just kind of ignored it, to be honest. I haven't checked if it still does it now I've done a fresh install for 4.09. Do you know which mods you have that aren't part of the UI?
