IMXO REInstall Directx 9 Redirect 09, tune options poligons with Il-2 Config v.2.55A.exe

As I am experimenting the same artifacts ( only in 1946 , Fresh or modded ) could you please be more explicit and provide a step by spep explanation.
I have no problem with FS 2004 and Lock On.
To make it short ... How to proceed ?
Is this process above average for a non pro ?

I would be glad if this would work as I already tried every other way (Dust, heat , driver etc... )

My specs are
Windows XP Sp2
Asus P4P8OO
Intal P4 3.2Ghz
2Gig RAM
Nvidia 7800GS
