Vehicle Update FIX oct/12/09

Ive corrected some of the previous bugs with bad skin 512x768 format to the 512x512 formats.

Please delete all of the old files containing the prob-la-matic 512x768 formats.


Big thanks goes to Dr Jones and fatduck on development of 3D converter tool.
