Download the campaign again, (now with skins and briefings) or remove "_ru" from these files:

TWB04_ru.properties

Rename all of the properties files like this by removing the _ru extension and you should be OK.
TWB01.properties
TWB02.properties
TWB03.properties
TWB04.properties
etc..
