Then run UI 1.2 again and it will create a new MODS folder and new Files folder,it will ask to overwrite the switchers ete and you will be good to go.
I am actually running two sets of MODS and Files folders in the same game, one set is UI 1.11 and the other set of folders is UI 1.2
I can play either version by simply renaming my folder sets, which takes about two seconds!
"MODS1.11.org" and "File1.11.org" is the way I name my old 1.11 install folders when not in use,
I rename the MODS to MODS1.2.ORG and Files to Files1.2.org when I want to go back to using my 1.11 folder set,
which I then just remove the 1.11.org off the end of there names and there then my MOD folder sets to use.
I renamed my old 1.11 folder sets to blahblah1.11.org and then I installed the UI 1.2
So far everything works fine and I have had no issues.I did the same when we all went from UI 1.0 to UI 1.11 and then to UI 1.11
So you could just delete your MODS and files folder and re-run the UI 1.2 or you could re-name them and run the UI 1.2
It will work either way
Woah, wait a sec, deleting or renaming your Mods and Files folder is fine But, if you do that you must first re-install 1.1 then 1.2 . just making sure you get that right and you can use Jones Soft Generic Mod Enabler if you want to switch back and forth between mod installs, much simpler than all the renaming and you'll have less headaches
