Hotkeys_b1 doesn't seem to work with unified 1.2

Several months ago Hotkeys was merged in with the BombBayDoors mod, which is already included in UI 1.2.

The BBD version in UI 1.2 is 2.5.2, but this will get updated to 2.5.3 when the next UI patch comes out.

If there is some function that used to work in Hotkeys, but no longer works in UI 1.2, let me know.
