Bright is what you need, once you place your skin into the folder called "MyBright" double click on the .bat file and Bright will reduce your bitmap to 1 mb so the game will recognize it.You can place the folder MyBright anywhere you want on your hardrive,I keep it in my skinning folder where my templates ete are.
