I ran this after having a map not save missions. It's the first time this has happened to me in ages, I thought I had every posssible object available.
The map not saving is the new TC_Hawaii_Islands map.
I ran the checker, and it shows the following objects are missing:
buildings.Plate$AsphaltTurn
buildings.House$Bus_NAAFI
buildings.House$RAF_Bus
buildings.House$GuyOtterBr
buildings.House$US_Bus
buildings.House$GuyOtterBl
Does anybody know which mod these objects are a part of, and if so, where I could get it?

EDIT: Never mind, found the offending objects hiding away. Dragged them out into the sunlight, and all is good now! A most amazing tool, saving hours of frustration. Well done, mate!
