I made Hiryu, Kaga and Soryu for the HSFX 4.0 pack. They are merely hacks, Hiryu being a reskinned Akagi and Kaga/Soryu being reskinned IJN Carrier Generic. Each has its own slot in the game; they are better than nothing but real new models would be the ideal. Lot of work though and not for me as skinning is stretching things for my abilities.
