making 50cal gun hit sprite more frequent?

us 50cal use two files 12_Burn.eff , 12mmPluff
so copy 12mmPluff and rename it to 12_Burn.eff
maybe 50call will hit more
but some other guns use 12_Burn.eff too ... they will show same effect

i use this setting(effect mod)

if you want small flash
reduce size option
