Ok, Uberdood, I was a little puzzled by your first post, now it makes more sense!
No com folder, no air.ini - that IS a problem!
Have you done a search for your air.ini?
What mod version are you running, because if you have no air.ini, you'll have NO planes except for the stock default ones. Also, no extra objects, such as ships, ground objects, etc, which are normally in your other ini files, which also should be in the com folder.(should be air, static at least, also possibly ships, chief and stationery ini files also sit in this folder.
I'm puzzled as to how this happened, what was your install process before you figured out the com folder was missing?
I might be able to help more, but only if you give me more details on your mod version, and how it was installed.
@ agracier, it's pretty simple to rearrange. Best option in your case, I'd create a new folder inside your Mods folder, call it TOW, or whatever you like really.
Then, just drag the entire 3do folder that is sitting in your STD folder into this new folder. That's it, done. :wink:
