I've just seen this in a thread on another site about HSFX 4.0 (new mod pack)

From the release notes:

Cat (IJNHiryu, Kaga & Soryu plus reskinned Akagi)

From comments here by Monguese it appears that AAA's UI may be adopting the HSFX system.

Its not clear whether the ships listed are Franken ships or scratch built.
