Hi,
Since the HUD display has nothing to do with historical accuracy, i started changing some stuff around to simply make it more useful & less distracting. Here's where I'm stuck: I want to get rid of / change the map frame (see pic below), possibly dial in a bit of transparency to the map itself, and possibly change the sights (color & transparency). Here's what I mean:

The map border just obscures stuff & looks cheesy (and lo-res). The sights vanish for me when i'm flying into the sun. I know this is the way it should be, but this is a HUD in a WW2 plane - all bets are off. I'd also like to be able to dial in a bit of transparency to the map itself, if possible. And yes, I know, 250 should be 270, it wasn't even a typo, so you can chuckle away.
Any help would be nice.
