May I ask another question in here regarding the brakes?
I set up my settings.ini as described above. But the effect I got when stepping on either brake pedal is that the brakes are applied in a ... well, let's say digital way: they are on and the aircraft comes to a stop. After releasing the pedals the brakes remain applied and the aircraft will not move again. Is that the way it should work?
I have to add that I use a quite uncommon device. It's an old CH Pro Pedals for gameport that had been converted to USB to overcome the limitations of available axis for gameport devices, since I use it together with my old gameport joystick.
The conversion had not been done via an adaptor, but as a full conversion through implementing a USB joystick electronic to the pots of the pedals. So my brake axis' are +X and -Y.
