All over this forum I see beautiful pictures of perfect water and I STILL DON'T HAVE THAT!!!! 
I tried every thing I could think of:
water=0/1/2/3/4
4.09 update
several mods even though they work (from high altitude I can see it's working) I still have allmost textureles water, especialy when I fly low level. I have to look at the meters to see how low I'm flying because I have a textureles blue screen beneeth me. :-?
Do I maybe have a openGL problem or does my grafics card (nvidia Geforce 9800GT) need an update, or is it something else!!! :???:
any help would be greatly apriciated!!!!
