Hey, Stratodog. For many weeks I was unable to play without getting the same error 13 message. Sometimes I could play for 2 minutes, sometimes 10, but inevitably my game got cut short. I tried many driver versions for my 9800 GT/on Vista64 before sticking with driver version 8.15.11.9038, which hasn't crashed yet (knock on wood). You should be able to go to the Nvidia site and download from a list of drivers. Koroush Ghazi wrote a thorough guide to Xp and Vista at Tweakguides.com, in it is what you need to know about updating and removing old drivers. It's pretty easy. Good luck.
