I just checked in the originally uploaded rar file on Mediafire and I see that the file you mention above is included in the download package. Are you certain of the name?

That's what the error message told me in FMB, after hitting SHIFT+TAB. I'm sure it'll get sorted after some tweaking...maybe I'll try editing the load .ini.
