In the new HSFX pack which is also a part of the new UP 1.8 ...there are a couple of new artillery pieces....shore batteries using the Bunkers...these have big guns and the barrels move within their limits and can sink ships.
I don't know who introduced them...best to ask at the home of the HSFX
