The way i see it is this. At the moment, like now, not later down the line if or when the two sites get together, but as it all stands now, is.....
there is a dictatorship pack and a democratic pack. in the dictatorship pack, you get what you are given and be done with it.
in the democratic pack, you decide what mods you( the end user wants to put in.)
