i think there is some confusion here. im not saying i have this problem any more, im saying i fixed it.
OKAY SO, it was NOT the career that was in russian, it was the whole thing. load screens etc..
i was trying to put out here because i noticed alot of people had the same problem. just offering up how i fixed it. but thank you anyways -danzo.
