Did you make SURE nothing was left behind in the game folder
before your new install??? No paints ,or mod folder.
I have found at times when making a new install and you have used the game
delete it does not remove everything.
Start with a CLEAN game folder.
Intall 4.07m--patch 4.08m--patch 4.09m--patch HSFX-V 4.0--- Patch HSFX-V 4.1
